Commit Convention
The Agenthood follows the Conventional Commits specification.
Enforced locally by Husky + commitlint, and in CI by the Doorman workflow.

Types

Rules
- Subject is imperative, lowercase, ≤150 chars, no trailing period
- Body explains why, not what — optional but encouraged
